Tescos didn't have any aubergine

. so having to leave it out a chorizo bake.

Chorizo, onion, chilli, red pepper, aubergine, tomatoes, cream, pasta with crisps and cheese on top. It's smelling so good, fried chorizo is just heavenly.

Found some kinda chicken stock in my freezer - no idea when I made it

Defrosted it along with some chicken pieces and will see what happens

What stuff did you have on your picnic? I hope there were 3 different flavours of crisps, otherwise according to Peep Show it's not a picnic
