Currently cooking pasta and cheese sauce with bacon, mushrooms, onions and peas all mixed in one big pot

I'm just off out for a picnic at a country park a few miles away so lunch will be whatever we pick up in Morrisons on the way.

Tescos didn't have any aubergine . so having to leave it out a chorizo bake.

Chorizo, onion, chilli, red pepper, aubergine, tomatoes, cream, pasta with crisps and cheese on top. It's smelling so good, fried chorizo is just heavenly.

Found some kinda chicken stock in my freezer - no idea when I made it Defrosted it along with some chicken pieces and will see what happens

What stuff did you have on your picnic? I hope there were 3 different flavours of crisps, otherwise according to Peep Show it's not a picnic
