I wish this was the case but it isn't. I would love to be able to spend hours sunning myself but the fact is pale freckly skin and red hair = deep crispy fried Tak. Just walking to and from the shops can be too much sometimes

I'm lucky that along with my bro, we just have to look at the sun and we go a nice colour I will say that I am a sun worshipper, but the only times I am are: here, where it barely stains and on hols, where the lotion is uberapplied, even with 25 it gets through.

I've never used sunbeds and always apply if out in the strong sun for long periods of time. Would never go without it, too much of a risk - even though you are not crisping up or noticibly going red, it doesn't go to say that you are not damaging your skin.

I actually can't breath from laughing so much, i thought i was a bit pink but my little sister came in form work half an hour ago. She fell asleep in the Meadows with her friend today wearing not a smidge of sun block. Usually she goes brown when she is away skiing or doing other outdoor sports but the sun REALLY got her today, but only really one half of her, it is HILARIOUS! I took pictures (after liberally aftersuning her) i'm such a nice sister.
