Oh crap. I should not have opened this thread at all. I nabbed a cookie from Subway earlier. It was so soft and lovely. Now you've given me a way to make my own! Thats seriously not good

Jamie - you can freeze the dough balls Just roll them up, pop them on a tray and freeze them. Once frozen you can transfer to a tupperware container to cook whenever the need arises. They'll just take a couple of mins longer from frozen.

Are they soft?? They look a bit brown to me, but it's hard to tell unless you nom one.

Yep, they're pretty soft still

Because the mixture looked a bit too gooey, I left them in the oven for 11 mins instead of the 10. Hopefully I'll it perfect next time but not bad for a first effort

We have a cookie dilemma in our house, in that I like cookies with a bit of crunch to them, and Dee likes them really soft! I'd have to make 2 batches if attempted

I also really love Oatmeal raisin cookies - dont suppose anyone has a good recipe for those?
