I get the same as Feek. Just to be clear, the list below 'Other' in Feek's post are the custom labels.
What are you syncing contacts with? If it's Outlook ('assistant' and 'radio' are typical Outlook labels), that might be why. Both me and Feek are using Macs. PS - in other news, I can has AppleCare. Didn't take long to sort that problem out. |

Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped writing about other things and made this your signature, yours could be like mine. Look down, back up. Where are you? You're on Boat Drinks, reading the signature your signature could be like. I'm on a computer. |

Never used Google Contacts so I don't know what that offers. It's a possibility though (Apple have been rather clever there if that's what they've done).

For what it's worth (probably very little ): mine has the custom labels option too. I don't sync my contacts with anything other than iTunes backing them up when I plug my iPhone in.

O2 have released an iPhone app so that you can track your remaining minutes, texts and so on. It does the same as the Mobile Allowance app but it's free.
The O2 app is called 'My O2' and is available on the app store now. I've got this and Mobile Allowance installed and the O2 app takes well under half the time that Mobile Allowance does to give you results. |

Looks like O2 are doing their usual - I can't get at my account via the app or via the web. Actually, I've never been able to see anything about my phone account via 'My O2', but CS told me that's because I'm on PAYG. Were they talking crap?
I realise that most people here probably don't do this, but what's the best way for finding out train times? There's an app for that, but it's £4.99, which seems rather steep for information you can get for free. |

I use the National Rail app for train times, it was on offer at £1.99 at the time which seemed like a reasonable enough cost.

National Rail app was the one I was looking at. Need something for Thursday when I'll be exploring parts of the rail network I've not used before.

Thinking about it, it is probably worth a fiver. Sure, the information is available elsewhere FOC but there's definitely something to be said for having it all presented and searchable without any faffing.
It's a good app. It proved very useful for me a few weekends ago when I was at the mercy of First Capital Connect as I could see where the train actually was, how late it was leaving the last station and so on. The app was much more accurate than the tannoy announcements at St. Pancras. |
