Pancakes ARE instant! Take a minute which each side, they can watch them cook! And i never thought about a small batch of batter, having just made batter enough for god knows how many (15 eggs went in either way woop). But you could just make it straight in a mug, one egg little milk flour and whisk with a fork.
My point is no-one should ever have instant/ready made pancakes in their fridge! Because "regular" pancakes are instant! If i lived closer which im only guessing since i don't know, i would come over and make batter and pancakes and i reckon be gone within 30 mins easy, i'd also task the kids into doing most of it because i'm bossy they'd love it and its just fun |

An email has just been circulated at work to say that pancakes will be cooked at 11am. I'm almost glad I came into the office today.
