Virus has finally gone \o/

Neck is foofed though :/

Been crunched once already this week and being crunched again on Thursday so jogging and weights are out of the window until it's better

I have been for a power walk this evening though - took me 40 mins and I think it was about 2.5/3 miles.

It was very enjoyable ! I really cleared my mind after a crappy day at work and saw parts of Braintree I never see whilst in the car !

Gonna try and do this 3 times a week

My kneck is also knackered - can't do any weights above shoulder level without getting pains so I'm sticking to chest press type ones.

Have head really sporadic attendance atm
Have been yesterday evening and this evening though and I'm hoping to make it tomorrow too.
Thursdays are a bit iffy as they've started putting 11-16 year old classes on at 5pm in the studio which is where the air weights are that I use - should still be able to do my cardio though.

Currently I can buy a "guest pass" for £4 for a week if you were still interested SW?

Oooh, that does sound rather a good deal!

How long do you have that offer for? These next few weeks are going to be hectic whether I get the PhD or not so I can't give you a definate answer for now.

I'd love to be able to powerwalk but walking fast gives me shin splints and its unbelievably painful after about a mile and resting for 5 minutes and then starting again doesn't help.

Will check if there's an end date on the guest pass offer tomorrow and if there is, I'll try and find out what offer will be replacing it and when
