Nice! The training could be in the

Combat Life-Involved Training Of Ridiculously Impressive Species

or

Graphics Simulating Potentially Orthodox Training

Of course, we could use the acronyms to shorten it

Sorry, they're crap and I'm tired

Did anyone try Overlord btw? I found it great, really charming, very humorous and well styled. Very tempted to pre-order.

Rock Band information dump, and on paper it looks good. Pleased you can use your Guitar from GHII so at least there'll be the option of rental/purchase without hardware.

It'll be a sit back and wait scenario though. 4 players on 4 different instruments over the web could be a nightmare to get in sync, and realistically it's gonna be the only way to play in a full 'band'.

[edit]And also, gruesome footage warning, but there's a cool gameplay video of The Darkness floating around showing off some different killing techniques:

Grim. Very cool, but grim.

Lag issues could be interesting for Rock Band if it's online.
I hope they don't get the guys who sorted out online play for Shadowrun to do it

It's a real experience ruiner. Especially when you're 5-5 and the server decides to die  I've yet to have a run of, say, 3/4 games without a disconnect. It's not deterred me though, I really love it, I've had some really great games these past couple of days. One of the best online experiences I've had for a long time.
