Highly Recomended: Crash
This is just an amazing movie, its hard to describe apart from saying its a film about 24 hours in the lives of many people. Their lives intersect in many ways, opinions change, mistakes are made and unlike films but just like life not everything works out for the best although somethings do.
I highly recomend it MB |

My opinion?
Good Film? Absolutely. Must See? Yes. However, 2 months on since i saw it, i have no urge to see it again. More over, I have almost totally forgotten about it at all. It doesn't even make my top 50 (if i can be bothered to count that high) all time best film nor top 50 favourite films. Therefore, will it change me? No as it is pretty much a kind of movie like "Traffic". Decent film that's in the moment and forgettable the day after. Similar film that i love - Magnolia, this film i would put in my Top 50. |

After all the hype I was actually disappointed with it. It felt too much like someone had tried to recreate a Short Cuts or Magnolia, like I'd seen the style enough before. Whilst I like the fact that it tackled an issue like racism in such a way, I felt the theme dragged somewhat. Having said that, I really liked the part where the shop owner went after the guy who 'fixed' the shop door, but I'd already worked out what was going to happen regarding the edit *,unfortunately. I'd give it 6/10.
*Too much of a spoiler probably.
