Ooooh me back!
And this week I am suffering with back ache
It turns out that fitting an engine to a car all by yourself without an engine crane isn't such a good idea after all. It would appear that I don't make a very good engine hoist

Be careful with your back Jonny, I was off for nearly 3 weeks with mine recently so I know just how painful it can be. Are you off work or still in and suffering?

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. |

Bloody hell, you must have a chest on you that makes Wills look small. Well either that or you were installing the little one cylinder thing in your pop/lawn mower
One thing is for certain though, he won't be putting his back into it for a while |

LOL @ Zirax
Jonny - be careful, your back is the most integral part of your body, it really is debilitating having the most minor of back problems. If you need help, next time give me a call, I'm only 10 mins away. Speaking of which we ought to catch up for a beer sometime!

I haven't damaged anything, just tired the muscles out You know how when you do gardening and you haven't done it for ages, it's like that. I actually feel quite liberated having spent so long decomposing at my desk at work.

Please, please, please be careful with yourself. It may seem like a good idea but take it from me it can spiral.
