Canon Lens EF 70-300 USM IS F4 - F5.6 & EF 75-300 USm IS F4 - F5.6
Hi,
can any one tell me what is the difference between the 2 lens please ! ? is the 30-700 the newer model many thanks

yes the 70-300 is the updated 75-300 which was released back in 1995 I think.

I was trying to buy a 70-300 and a friend of mind has just come back from the USA and got me a 75-300 ! So not a totally bad lens then ! ?

no it isn't totally bad but better sticking with the 70-300 or even the 70-200.

I think I will sell this 75-300 and get the 70-300 instead.
