Well there are loads of little places around Hinckley off the back roads & illegally accessing gravel pits & the like. Our main Big day out venue though is a place we call The Desert. It's kind of hard to explain where it is as it is obviously in the middle of fart where. Up near Mansfield though i think
I'll find out & get a location as it is Awesome for taking absolute Liberty's in or on motor vehicles. You would not believe the size of the place it is around 9 working Pits all in one area, there is also a disused railway line & embankment there & a massive forest type wooded area. Blatant illegal piss taking of course but it is so far out there that the old bill cannot get to you. The only times we see them is leaving sometimes where they just tell you to **** off & don't come back but we have already had our day by then. It gets that busy up there some times that a big lorry pulls up with a jet wash on the back & sells tokens for it There is a soft area where a lot of parents bring there kids to scramble or trike which is well safe for a little tumble. The place is Amazing & takes you back to when you was a kid & the World was Massive. Honestly if you aren't careful you get lost. Some of the climbs arr tremendous & proper arse whistling moments are plentiful. Can't wait to roll the baby with its external cage it'll be ace unless there is water about I have a decent Moto x helmet to wear when it gets extreme. All in all its a fun fun situation |

Never mind pics what about vids off my mobile
That's if the mobile still works after i have been through a river & up & over a mountain size embankment & rolled it down the side Should be cool though as it's snorkelled up, I just have to isolate the electrics with the tupperware tub & silicone boj. If i roll it that should just be a matter of me unhooking my harness getting out then just pushing it back the right way. If i get stuck i have the winch which will pull a lorry let alone my light little jeep. Something is bound to go wrong though & overcoming the challenges is what it's all about. *Makes manly Argh argh argh argh noises & looks for Dealer boots* |

Keep an eye out for it if you pass my house as it sticks out like a sore thumb high up on my drive. I've got to fix the other seat down before i can take anyone in it, at the moment it is not secured at all
I have to get the other to my plugging up spot & strip out the rubber matt & rear seat. Then i'll fit the rubber & use the bottom railings of one of those seats to secure the other bucket properly. Then i'll have to sort the seatbelt out. Before all this i have to sort the big hole in the floor that the passenger seat is covering This isn't a problem as they have a full chassis so the body actually means ****e structurally. Being on my drive it's only a matter of sticking the extension through my letterbox, getting my toolbox out & getting on & doing it. I have some Doris with a big garden who lets me take libertys so I'll stick the other one round there spanner it to bits & then get my mate Jim to take the scrap to the yard with his recovery truck. All in all a major project but it's the sort of thing i do in my sleep & enjoy whilst doing it. |
