Watched this last night and REALLY wish I'd seen the first one. Extremely moving and very harrowing too. It's absolutely terrifiying how fast it's spreading though, even though it's so unbelievably easy to protect yourself from it.
The story about the guy who was a haemophiliac really moved me too. To cope with the haemophilia, the HIV, the cancer and THEN finally be told "Well, you've also got Hep C, so now you're going to die from Liver failure"..... I really don't know how he stays so positive.

I've not been able to watch this as I have a lack of TV signal availability this year.
I also thought the the program title was a bit misleading. But I honestly can't think of a better person than Fry to present a show like this. You just know he'd be just right for this kind of thing. Oh and WTF is up with that video?! Last edited by MarcLister; 10-10-2007 at 23:17. |
