Robins are cool! Used to have one that would visit our garden every morning too. I distinctly remember being outside one day with a cup of tea and a cranefly fell to the floor in front of me on the patio. The robin hopped down off the fence, bobbled along toward the cranefly... looked up at me... came a bit closer... looked up again... then snatched it and was off!
