I just cooked myself an Omlette for lunch and it didn't go wrong. Given my cooking prowess this means that everyone else on the planet should be able to cook one.
I also made myself some American pancakes, I think I put a bit too much baking powder/soda (whatever it's called) in as they ended up quite thick but were really fluffy which was good. I'm keeping a batch of me batter in the fridge for future use. |

We have a few omelettes, usually just cheese and ham. Once it starts to cook in the pan a little, drag form the edge into the middle with the spatular a few times...it helps to make the omelette nice and fluffy
