Vista can't see XP on workgroup!

hmm sometimes our vista machine doesnt find the xp machine and visa versa. SHaring folders on the vista machine to access on the xp home machine is a nightmare, even if vista machine says the folder is shared, when you try to show all shared folders some just wont show up. I hate vista shared files and folders... sucks bum.
