Yahoo river cottage
These look like awesome easy recipes. I hope yahoo do more of these. I think I will have to see how much squid is, I've never cooked it myself before.

I've cooked calamari twice - first time was perfect, second time was over cooked and tasted like rubber bands :/ I keep meaning to try Squid stuffed but haven't as of yet.
I'll have a lookie at the videos tonight at home

Oh yum, I'd like to try that. Need to get myself a thermometer though as I'm paranoid of the pan setting on fire. I know you can do the breadcrumb test, but I'd feel safer with a proper thermometer.
Squid is actually pretty cheap, especially if you get the baby ones. They tend to be more tender anyway. I do squid quite a lot on the BBQ because the tentacles taste delicious If you got baby ones you could probably fry the whole things. Not as pretty as calamari, but just as (if not more) tasty! I've never watched River Cottage before, but I saw Hugh's Chicken Run that he did a few months back and then started watching the latest series. Really enjoyed it.

His series are really good, but they only ever seem to be a few episodes and not enough recipes. They should be hour episodes not 30mins.
