Why didn't you tell me you moron!

If Basildon fob you off ask for Gareth the ops supervisor or Mark Kavanagh the ops manager.

Basildon run a big fleet and cover a massive area and don't cope too well when the **** hits the fan - and residentials are always the first to go wrong (we don't guarantee deliveries to residential addresses - only businesses)

On the other hand, I like speaking to Basildon because Dawn on reception has the best Essex accent ever

Actually, PM me the con number and your current mobile number and I'll get it nightbooked for Saturday delivery if it fails tonight but I'll need to know before 6 if possible. I'm at home now but some of the guys on my team will be there until half five/six
