My mum used to make me corned beef fritters, just shallow fry slices of CB in batter, very bad but very good

I've made my first ever corned beef mash !

Potatoe, carrots - boiled
Add seasoning, corned Beef and then broccoli on the side
With some fresh spring onion chopped up and added in for some extra crunch.

Hate it on its own, but one of my friends makes an unbelievably Corned Beef pie. That cold, with baked beans is heavenly.
