Amazon market?
There's a TV I've seen on Amazon market. but is there a way to email the seller to ask about dead pixels before I buy? i can't seem to see an option to do this.

NVM found it under return policy.
However has anyone had to claim money back through Amazon? how did you find it?

I'm looking at 2nd hand tv's around the £400 mark and one of the sellers has only just launched so has no feedback. Amazon says I will be safeguarded. but I want to know if anyone's done it and if they had any problems. This is there guarantee http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/cust...nodeId=3149571

Yes, I bought an iPod transmitter a month or so ago from the marketplace and it was rubbish. I returned it, in one of the mails I received they said that it would be tested and a replacement sent so my reply quoted the distance selling doofer requesting a full refund.
Two days after they received the item, the refund was processed. No problems.
