yep, felt like a change from mash, so potato dauphinoise
1.25k of potato 1 large onion 200ml double cream 500ml milk 2 egg yolks salt + pepper cheese to top..

Ahhh ok... I was going to say would have used more cream/milk, as it doesn't look like you have in the pics

Yeh dried out a little due to stupid cooking times. Usually it only takes about an hour and a qauter.
