Maybe something like Amped could be quite fun too - snowboarding is cool and the controls are pretty simple

I'd put on the new Prince of Persia, as it can be played pretty much blind folded!

Rock band. Anytime we have non gamers over and they try it they buy it. Seriously I should get commision for the number of rockband titles I've shifted.

Sometimes I've had to basically plead with people and tell them they will love it. They reluctantly try it and I end up kicking them out my house when I want to go to bed.
