This really depends on the mood I'm in. If I'm after an action movie then the second of the four obviously. More suspense wanted... then I'll watch the first movie.
Um the third is ok by itself but a bit carp as part of the franchise and I quite enjoyed the fourth 'til the last 15 minutes or so with the hybrid thing.
If I absolutely had to pick a favourite then it would Aliens:Special Edition. (I like my action movies

)
