Good to hear, bud. I'd hate for it to give you fits over what amounts to basically a couple quarts of gear oil or something like that.

Well if you do what we do in our Motors you Have to stay on top of maintenance.
I'll also be putting on my road slippers today so I can do some road miles in her before the next big off road day.

Heh, I know all about having to keep up on the maintenance. Remember?

Most people have no idea the stresses we put 4X4's under when we go play. LOL

I tend to bend parts on large rocks, sounds like you get things dirty in places no car should ever have dirt.

Hosed her out with clean water Sunday afternoon, Checked & topped up my diff/gearbox/transfer box oils, They were ok with no signs of any water so the breathers are sweet.
I completely stripped out the snorkel & then I inserted piping that runs inside the other & then up & through the wing & sleeves inside the snorkel tubes. I'm pretty happy with it for now but I am going to improve on it before I do another Big swim. I think I can get better more reinforced pipe & the sleeve over that with summit like a rubber dobba.
I've stuck my road slippers on & factory wheels as I plan on a few road trips over the next week or so. Totally different drive now with smoother running & higher cruising speeds with less noise & I should get a few more MPG on my runs as well.

Factory spec.
