The letter really sums it up, Depression, even in it's simplest form, is serious and very real. Bipolar even more so....
It really touches me in the right places reading things lie this, I've got friend who was diagnosed with being bipolar - about a year ago now - and seeing Stephen Fry talk about it in such a simple way helps me to understand a little more, that program he did for the BBC was great and this letter is fantastic as you'd expect from Mr Fry... |

Lord Fry (as he should be known methinks) is a legend. One of the nicest peeps on TV and a downright decent guy as this letter shows.
