Default 3Ds Max mouse movement

Anybody use max? i must of pressed a keyboard shortcut to break something here... well not break but anyway... when i'm using the mouse to zoom in/out or Alt+middle mouse to move around the scene its like the sensitivity has changed..

earlier today it was working as expected, with lots of control over movement, but now the slightest turn of the week moves from one extreme to the other!
any ideas on a fix? this has happened to me before and i''ve no idea how to fix it!

No specific options, but go to Start -> Control Panel -> Mouse and check the Wheel settings there.

Sorry, can't help

As I said on Twitter, you can export to a new file (if you use defined scaling then it can throw it off) or you can scale your model up (as above).

I believe it's a FOV error though, I don't know why, I may be completely wrong, but that's what struck me. I know it can be fixed as I've done it so many times myself, but it's just not coming to me.

You'll be amazed at what will change on its own.
