360 Live
Nice little app on the store now that is a proper Xbox live app. Sign in and get all of your info, friends lists and messages. You can even send messages from in app. Seems a little slow at the moment but works well. Should be good now to be able to see who's online and playing what instead of having to fire up the 360
Tis £1.19 by the way.

I read somewhere that this is a bit naughty, as MS said any service using the api's must be free to end users, so it may well end up being free.
Looks nice though, got a couple of things like that on Android but nothing as pretty. I wish MS would open up detailed achievement information in the api's though - I think there could be some really cool apps/sites to do proper achievement leagues, stuff like that.

That looks rather nice, but given how much I've been using the Xbox recently* I can tell how much it'll get used.
* I do intend to change this in the new year, though first on the list will be a new GamerTag - want well away from anything work-related now. |
