HMmm I would get it sorted incase it goes into a crack. Get one of these sainsburys car park people to fill it in jobbo!

I just had to cough up £75 excess to have my windscreen replaced... a crack appeared at the top of it on the way down to my folks! Not good! When I called the dudes up I was like "is it going to shatter on me" and he said "feel the inside of the window over the crack, can you feel it at all?" and as I did that it lengthened itself by about a foot! Eak! Hehehe

You should have gone back to them, they obviously didn't do it properly.

There was a big stone chip in my Saab windscreen for at least 16 years

Only changed the windscreen because it was so old and scratched, when the sun hit it I couldn't see! If the chip is near the edge however I'd recommend getting it sorted

sold the car a couple of weeks later or I would have

sopke to insureres to tell them it was **** and they said if I paid £75 excess I could have a new screen which was fine by me

if I have same options in future I will just pay excess and have a new screen

Heh it is outside my field of view, I would have to be looking at about the 10th floor of a building next to me to look through it. National Windscreens are coming on Wednesday, I also have a split in one of my tyres - so got to get that fixed to before I can use it.
