I have a stellar frying pan too and it's really nice to cook with. Also buy some Kitchen Craft Colourworks Silicone utensils and ditch the metal spatulas! Silicone is really durable and won't wreck any cookware.

My big saute pan is a Stellar 6000. It's wonderful and gets used pretty much every day.
