Looking good, I take it you got the Gaggia machine?

Are those recipes that came with/B&J's or ones you made up?

I think all it needs is substitute whole milk with cocoanut milk, grater in cocoanut bits (lots of), and done!

That does all look lovely. Best Ice Cream I've had was in a science department meeting. We had some liquid nitrogen left over from science week, so we made some berry ice cream. Simply gorgeous!!!!
