Yep yep, I have no one mechanically minded to take with me in those respects.
Need to read up on the different knocking issues associated with the clio's and try and try and check whilst there I guess... Yup it appears to be engine mounts and exhaust mounts. Both common areas of failure, I really want to be sure though =/ Have a video which I'll sort out soon as I can see if anyone dares to help diagnose! Hard to hear any knocking, although there's no acceleration there... Edging towards engine mounts, which are common failures. |

I think i've just bagged myself a bargain (or a lemon). £500 for a W Reg Ph1 Titanium Silver Clio 172.
Needs work, but essentially just a major service plus a few extras, which should cost me around another £500. We'll see anyway! More pictures and details to follow! It's been a few months but I've finally got a car |
