Another one - people who say they will help you and then don't follow through (as much as you chase them).
It's really disappointing it is times like this when you find out who your real friends are - and you also realise that they were probably never your friend in the first place. PS referring to old colleagues - where you might say it was a clash of priorities - but to be honest I would rather know either way than be in limbo. BB x Last edited by BBx; 21-11-2013 at 12:31. |

I can appreciate how you feel, from the other side - a few years ago, that could have been me you were referring to. Used to say yes to stuff and then not have the time or motivation to do it.
I learned my lesson though - was really disappointed with myself for doing that and now try not to offer help unless I'm damn sure I'll actually do it. I'd much rather be honest with people than effectively lie to them. Maybe your colleagues need to learn this lesson too. |
