We have a new laptop and i'm after a tray which it can be placed on so our legs dont get cooked when using it. Obviously it needs to be non slip and fairly confortable. A little extension to use a mouse on would be a nice addition too. I've seen a load of them with fans in which plug into a usb port but i'd rather have a passive one, just something that creates some airflow underneath should be fine. Anyone know where i could get one?

Spot on lol, been looking for ages and had no luck.
EDIT Actually something that looks a bit nicer would be good. Needs to support a 17" widescreen laptop.

Mouse extension is now surplus, it would poke into the side of the sofa.

You mean the ones with the beanbags underneath? They're good. Thinking about one of those myself.

Aye. Jodie is currently deciding between:

I tried one of those breakfast tray with a beanbag underneath, its ok for the first hour but soon the heat builts up. The polystylrene acts like a insulation and the heat just stays at the bottom of the tray. If anything, a Large Baking tray works better.
I have one of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/Antec-Notebo...931060?ie=UTF8 works fine, usb powered with piggy back so you don't lose a usb port. Cheaper at Ebuyer actually http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/61069 This is a different style one http://www.komplett.co.uk/k/ki.asp?sku=319481 |
