My actual PC names are descriptive.

The XP-3200+ system is called XP-3200
The XP-3000+ system is called XP-3000
The XP-2700+ server is called XP-2700
The XP-1700+ system is called XP-1700

You're getting the idea!

Hard drive partition names are a different matter though. On the system called XP-3200 the partitions used to be named Peri, Nyssa, Tegan, Sarah and Leela. Now since I rebuilt that box with less partitions they're called Ford and Arthur.
