Just noticed my reputation's gone up to 4 stars.
How does it work exactly? I've not played anything online in a while so wondered if it appears after a while or something?

Could just be that someone on your friends list decided to be kind and give you + feedback for the hell of it

Ah fair enough.
I'm still trying to figure it out really, only played PES6 and Saint's Row online, and as far as I can see I can only prefer a player not give them positive feedback. Guessing that's how it works though?

Yup. If you prefer a player their rating goes up slightly faster than if you don't bother submitting a review at all. If you avoid a player their reputation will go down a bit (something I find myself doing a fair bit when playing PES6 online, there are so many sore losers out there).
