I think by the suspension compression it's somewhere around 3,500 pounds. I didn't DARE take it out in the fields as I would have blown a rear tyre. And at that point I would have had to completely unload the truck to change it.


And any time anyone wants to come visit my deserted corner of the world, you're more than welcome. I will warn you though, the nightlife around here is mind numbingly crippling. (read as non-existant)


Anyways, I need to go unload it now. The wife called me from work and said her car's alternator light came on on the way to work. Which means the alternator belt broke or the alternator died. Either way, I need to go fix it. And to get there I need the truck and I can't see driving 30 extra miles I don't have to fully loaded!! That thing gets crappy enough gas mileage as it is....
