I'll be watching the repeat then, I guess. Whenever it's on.

1pm.
Make sure you do, and those of us up early enough have managed not to spoil things for you as well.

I know the result anyway, so it wouldn't be a spoiler.

I'm so out of touch. They keep talking about some sort of system to provide extra power. What the hell are they on about? Do they assume everyone knows everything about GP?

Was up at 6:45am this morning to watch the race. Leon had been up at 6am. Absolutely fantastic race. Exciting until the end and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Love the simple look of the Brawn cars, but I expect that the Virgin pimpage will be amplified when we see them again next week. It's so nice to see people other than Ferrari leading the pack

I think they assume you've at least been following F1. They can't explain everything in detail every time they talk about it. Anyway, you know how to use Google

Yeah it'd be like in football, if they started explaining the offside rule every other minute There'd never be any other commentary

Actually, one negative. Whoever was in control of the safety car today needs sacking.

Nakajima. It came out after about 3 laps, by which time most debris was gone, then it picked up in the wrong place because it was sent out behind Button yet carried on for 2 laps before sending the other cars past, so at pretty much ALL points of SC deployment there were cars travelling around the circuit at high-ish speed trying to get into the right place.

Appalling. No wonder Trulli overtook under the second one, it was almost as bad, I expect they had no idea where or what the SC was doing.
