The most ridiculous unhelpful reponse ever from EA.

So, due to my geekyness and competitive nature on FIFA 2009, I play lots of ranked matches and play to win god dammit! I liked my stats, they suck now due to EA. I get sad when I lose, I get even more sadder when EA servers discconnect me whilst in game, winning, it causes me great anger!!
Anyway, I had a spare few minutes at work and decided to email EA and ask them why their EA servers were so bad at the minute..

I've been an avid fan of the FIFA series ever since my father bought me FIFA 96 so many years ago. Twelve years on I've got the new 09 game and am really enjoying it. Like any other competitive gamer I enjoy ranked games and try my hardest to get a decent rank to compete with fellow gamers and friends.

Of late I've had numerous problems with the EA servers outside the downtime every week, resulting in my getting kicked from a number of games in which I've been comfortably winning or drawing with a good chance of winning. Obviously this then counts a loss and a hell of a lot of points taken from me if it happens against a ranked 1 player (I'm now rank 12)

Is there anything that can be done to credit me back with these wins that I'm 99% sure would have gone in my favour. It would have been around ten games that I've been credited with a loss.

Maybe a request that you've never experienced but I don't have any problems in other games, just FIFA and the EA servers so it certainly isn’t a technical issue at my end.

I look forward to your response as these problems are seriously putting me off playing the game now.

That's a pretty impressive response being that it's nothing to do with the complaint. I also wouldn't expect them to give you points back (what would be to stop me complaining about 50 losses for example).

I was talking to my mate about how flaky the EA servers are now and how every time you score a wonder goal you're never on the EA servers because they've disconnected you :/.

On an angry note, my mate scored a goal that was clearly 5 yards (that's not an exaggeration either) offside. We checked all the replays and it was clear that no one was in the goal nor any wing-backs playing him on. He beat me by that goal too. Grrr.
