Sport food
I'm putting together a high protein, low carb meal plan for a 10 week training programme starting after the break. The plan is to bulk up a bit without putting on fat but I'm stuggling to find snack and meal recipes..
Can you help? I need to know measures and nutrient values. Thanks

Boiled chicken breast and plain rice with boiled broccoli, steroids and peanut butter, Musc-ALL-X2000 crash weight gain drink XL as used by Tony Little etc. I know, I'm not much help.

Go into your nearest Blacks and get the protein sports bars. They are in blue packaging and cost about 89p. Taste fooking lush too

Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped writing about other things and made this your signature, yours could be like mine. Look down, back up. Where are you? You're on Boat Drinks, reading the signature your signature could be like. I'm on a computer. |
