Any flash users here can knock up a simple anim?

Got a friend who I'm sorting a website for and he wants a very simple flash animation before entering the main page.

It's this logo...

He wants the head, arms and bow of the blue archer to come in from different angles and then move to join as one. Then he wants "Welcome to" and the company name to gradually fade in (I was thinking left side starting first so the fade rolls across, if that makes sense). Then it all fades out and forwards to the main page. It only needs to be a quick 5 second intro to the site.

I don't think it's needed myself but it's his site I guess

I can supply the font and logo complete and in the head/arms/bow parts. I'd try it myself but I've not used flash for ages and I don't think it's worth installing and re-learning and faffing about with if one of you guys can knock it up in a few minutes.

I HATE sites which force me to sit through an intro which THEY think is professional.

I've done my best to advise and also explained that it can get annoying. He does understand so has compromised at a very quick one show per visit animation.
