spare rib chops?

I take it these need a long cooking time like spare ribs? never used them before, but there cheap with a decent bit of meat on them.

I would assume they would be similar cooking times though to be fair

Was thinking about making them tonight. but might go for a beef skirt stew instead.

Would people be interested in a weeks food thread. Of every day food that tastes great..

BBQ sauce smothered pork chop with potato rosti and corn on the cob.
Turkish beef pilau
