...with a sister who steals from you?
No doubt at all, but short of searching her there's no way to prove it. She used to do it a lot but I hardly see her these days. She's 30 now, sadly nothing has changed

Thats a real Bummber Pebs. If you dont mind me asking, what are her circumstances Pebs. My sister used to steal a lot off my Gran many years ago and for her it was a cry for attention more than actually needing the money.

Money. She's only down here as it was my grandads funeral yesterday, she's going back today.

Ditto Desmo and loki. Is she struggling for cash most of the time?

Or does she not want you to think she is struggling, is she too proud to ask for help? I am just asumming here, sorry if I am way off the mark.

If you think confronting her will make any difference then go for it but it's part of her character then likelyhood is that she'll deny it and there's bugger all else you can do short of going to the Police.

You may want to chalk it down to experience and next time she's around make sure your bag/purse is somewhere safe or kept on you.

She does it because...well....that's just what she's like. She's taken things before, cosmetics money and perfume etc. Every time I see her I hope things have changed and they never have. Compulsive lying etc is par fir the course.
