Search fail - help needed
Help! What is the proper name for the grey bitty non-slip lining stuff they put on outside ramps. I need a name and if possible a website with an example photo and maybe price of it - I'm sure you get it in rolls.

I used some griptape intended for skateboard use in the footwell of our trackcar. Was only a couple of quid on ebay

It's just stick back fine sandpaper really isn't it?
//Edit: Its not the same but a little googling reveals you can buy stuff in tins! Thats pretty cool. Essentially searching for Anti-slip floor coating/mat/tape brings up quite a bit! //Edit2:This is what youre after and more Last edited by LeperousDust; 28-04-2009 at 13:28. |

I think I know what Tak is referring to and it isn't a tape. I'm guessing it's for work so ghetto solutions won't work either.
Sadly, I don't have a good answer to the question. |

I think i know what you mean, like on wheelchair ramps? As Belmit says its just a "large" version of what i linked. It slightly sparkles and feels like sandpaper right?
There a big version, how about that Last edited by LeperousDust; 28-04-2009 at 14:01. |

That is what its going to be for; the new ramp going from the conservatory to outside - the director wanted to put astro-turf on it
Thanks for the links - I've sent them to him and said that is the sort of stuff we need on it |
