Default Brmmmmm Tsssshhhhh - or err Turbo pic(s)

I made a slight mistake when I took these, I didnt put anything next to them to give an indication of size (and as we all know, size DOES matter!!)

Anyway - its a Borg Warner Garrett hybrid (BW hot / Garrett cold sides) its a T6 and err 88mm to give an indication the exhaust is a 5" outlet - luckily I just happen to have a 5" Borla that will sit nicely!

All going behind (well in front) of a SBC 383, turbo is good to 1200 or 1400 at a push.....block is good to 800/850 but to be totally frank...I think thats enough to scare the pants off me for a good while, especially being road legal!!

And yes....its chuffing heavy! Going to run MS2 with 2 maps 1 for spooling hooked up to the brake and then switching to the normal map as soon as I mash the pedal....or thats the plan

'tsssssshhhhhhh' ?

I think a deafening roar akin to a tornado is more likely to be emerging from that monster

That thing is bloody well going to compete with the Concorde for sheer loudness!!

I have no idea what a turbocharger does, but I want one.
