Can anyone translate this - German Handwriting

As title really. I received this through the post today from ADAC, who are my car breakdown cover provider. It's a long irrelevant story, but they're the only ones who'd give me full European breakdown cover for a 21 yr old car. They're very good, but they're also very German.

I ordered a Camping Card International from them a few months ago for France and they don't seem to be able to accept my credit card payment, despite having no issue with accepting it in payment for the breakdown cover a few days earlier.

After faxing them the details yet again last week, I received this. I can't read the writing on this let alone try to translate it. Can anyone help at all?? I would be most grateful!

Der Betrag würde aus ????? ausgebucht, da die überweisen + das Teletou. ???? gekostet hatte. Eide ???? per kreditierte ist leider ???? ????
