Very lucky, the headline does make a very good point though. These days there are so many ass-covering warnings on just about everything combined with legislation banning anything remotely hazardous in an attempt to make it harder and harder for idiots to accidently kill themselves that it's easy to become a bit blase and not appreciate that there is still some real nasty stuff out there.

I'm sorry, but after researching it yourself and finding those things out - why wait 9 days to go to the ER?!
I realise he had already said that there is no cure to Phosgene poisoning, but that's no reason to not get yourself checked out. When I got phenol on myself, I went to the hospital and they did very little (mostly as the dumbasses didn't know what it was) but I still went. That guy is seriously lucky, I didn't know they were still allowed to sell stuff over the counter with such evil byproducts (please don't go into how just bleach and toilet cleaner can create chlorine gas )

Hell, bleach and ammonia. Mix those two and run like hell.
I do agree with you Side. Anything that knocks me for a loop gets a checkout at least with my doctor. As I don't have medical insurance emergency room trips are for broken/protruding bones and more than a cup of blood loss. Anything less and it's financially not worth it. But in his case? Oh, hell yeah. Can't make a living for the family if you're dead...
