Really bad sinus headache
Had this constantly for the last 2 days now. Get a really sharp pain behind eyes and around the front of my head.
Any idea on treatment? I've googled around and all the sites really tell you are symptoms :/

Quick release - tip head back, hold and feel gunk slide down back of throat. Releases some of the pressure so pain is lessened.
Disgusting but useful at a pinch.

The child I used to look after (still feels weird saying used to
 ) had sinusitis a lot, we used to hold his head over a steaming bowl of hot water which had vicks decongestant mixed into the water. He said it used to help him.

If you can get them, a couple of menthol crystals in hot water works too. You literally need just one or two or your eyes will liquefy and drain into the bowl.
