Default Brittany Murphy Dies aged 32.

As title.
Seems to be the result of a cardiac arrest.
Can't say I was a fan, or even that I've seen any of her work, but 32 is too young to shuffle off this mortal coil IMHO.

She was a very good actress, slightly typecast though. 32 is far, far too young.

RIP, young lady.

Didn't realise she was a singer as well. I've seen her in a couple of films and although not really a fan, I'm more saddened at the untimely death of someone who's not far off my age!

She was in possibly one of my favourite films ever....Happy Feet! She had a fantastic singing voice, which was well shown in this film.

What is it with all the famous people dying at the moment...Heath Ledger last year, Michael Jackson, Patrick Swayze, Stephen Gately, now Brittany Murphy?!

It's probably because we've heard of them. I remember when I was younger my father saying how so and so had died etc.. and he was such a legend and so on - but I had no idea who he was talking about.

It's probably more reported than ever before, it's sad, but people do die, and it's now reported. I honestly had no idea who heath ledger or stephen gately were when the news was said.. I knew heath ledger was in batman, but that's all I knew, gately I had to look up and of course I've heard of boyzone but couldn't have told you who he was within the band.

It only seems a lot because it's been reported and there have been people with illnesses, some more or less reported than others.

She did the vocals on Oakenfolds ' Faster Kill Pussycat' (can't find a youtube link at work), and her film roles will all be listed on IMDB.

As mentioned she got a bit typecast in a string of slightly strung out white trash roles but had a far greater range than that. Sorry to see a talented actress die so young.
