Looking for Sims 3 at the best price..

Mum gave me a lump of cash for Christmas with the instructions that I was to spend it on fun stuff so I've used it to buy a Mac Mini for the family to replace the very old Shuttle PC which is around seven years old and suffering from severe slowdown and general performance issues.

I'm going to build a VM for the few old games they play (they work perfectly in a VM, I've tested this on my Macbook) but would like to buy the Mac version of Sims 3 for LMF to save having to bounce into a windows bootcamp partition.

My google skills aren't turning up any great deals on the Mac version of Sims 3 - Would anyone care to have a look at any online stores they favour to find the best price for it? I know it's sold by EA themselves in download format but £40 seems a little steep for that to me. I don't want a dodgy download for this, it's a game she'll play a lot so I don't have a problem buying it.
