Motor for my sis

Well my sister passed her test the other week and is now going mad for wanting a car. My dad stopped her dumping 5.5k on a 2002 1.2 Corsa!!!

I nearly fell off my chair when I heard that.

So being the awkward person that she is, her motor must have air con and be a 1.2 ish. I'm going through the usual suspects of polo, fiesta, clio. Are there any others that I should be looking at?

I'm trying to get her to set a max of 3k seeing that in a couple of years time she'll probably want something better. To me spending over that on a 1.2 bean can seems nuts... or am I being unreasonable?
