Woohoo new PB!

230kg deadlift today. Got more in the tank I think. No belt or straps so RAW!

I'm starting to make progress again at the gym.

I've just had my BF and measurements done again, and I've dropped over 1.5%BF, chest, shoulder and arm measurements have increased, waist has gone down almost an inch (just touching 36"), and I've dropped 1kg. So I'm doing something right. My strength is back up too. So I've dropped fat, gained some muscle, lost weight but gained size. It's all good baby!

Thanks guys. I'm chuffed to bits. I spend a long time dedicating my time to people helping them with their programs and training and sometimes admittedly take a slightly "hollier than thou" approach - but my efforts are paying off. I'm leaner, stronger, and better than before, and I'm breaking PBs and pushing ridiculous amounts of weight! I love it!

Haha - I'm never satisfied with how I am, it's just the way I are. Keeps me motivated to do more though.
